A senior patient came to us in 2021 with multiple missing upper teeth and very little bone left under the sinus — the kind of case many clinics turn away or refer for months of grafting first. Dr. Nisha Bali and Dr. Athreya Rajagopal performed a direct sinus lift and placed 4 implants in the upper left maxilla in a single sitting. In 2023 we returned to rebuild the lower right side, where a long-standing periapical granuloma had caused significant bone loss.
