The founder

Dr. Nisha Bali has been in practice for over 25 years. She founded Dental Brasstacks on a conviction that has never changed: patients deserve honesty, clinical rigour, and care that is built around them as individuals.
Her clinical focus is implantology — specifically the Ankylos implant system, chosen not because it is popular, but because the evidence supports it and her outcomes over decades have proven it. She specialises in complex cases, full-mouth rehabilitation, and patients who come to her after difficult or failed treatment elsewhere.
But perhaps more than her clinical skill, it is her approach that defines the clinic. She built it not as a solo practice, but as a team — because she understood early that exceptional outcomes require exceptional collaboration.
