Invisalign First in Gurgaon — early orthodontics, without the metal.
Between 6 and 11, your child's jaws are still growing — the one window where we can widen a narrow palate, create room for adult teeth and correct a developing bite gently. Invisalign First does it with clear, removable aligners instead of brackets and expander screws.

Patient testimonial
Why parents choose us as the Invisalign provider for their kids.
Our philosophy: treat the growing child, not just the teeth. Interceptive orthodontics done at the right age means shorter treatment later, fewer extractions and a jaw that grows the way it should.
And yes — the “Kinder Joy” moment matters too. A child who leaves smiling comes back willingly. That cooperation is what makes early treatment actually work.
What Invisalign First corrects
Not just crooked teeth — the jaw, the airway and the habits behind them.
Narrow jaw & crowding
Aligners with built-in expansion arms widen the upper arch gently — creating room for adult teeth instead of removing them later.
Mouth breathing & snoring
A wider palate opens the nasal airway. We rule out ENT causes first, then expand — so your child learns to breathe through the nose again.
Thumb sucking & tongue thrust
Aligners act as a physical reminder all day, so habits break naturally while the bite is guided into place.
Early bite problems
Crossbites, deep bites and receded lower jaws are far easier to correct while your child is still growing.
How treatment runs
Five clear steps, from first look to retention.
- 01
Growth assessment
Photos, an OPG where needed, airway and habit screening — plus a look at how the jaws are actually developing.
- 02
iTero scan & 3D preview
We scan the arches digitally and show you the projected result before a single aligner is made.
- 03
Aligner wear
20–22 hours a day, changed weekly at home. Removed for meals, brushing, sport and school performances.
- 04
Reviews every 8–10 weeks
Short visits to check fit, hygiene and progress. Outstation families get virtual reviews between trips.
- 05
Retention & monitoring
Once the arch is corrected, we retain it and monitor the remaining adult teeth as they erupt.

Honest, written plan
If your child is too young or doesn't need treatment yet, we say so and simply monitor growth. No pressure, no upselling.
Rewarded, not lectured
Invisalign First kits, stickers, aligner-care notes and progress rewards keep children genuinely invested in their own smile.
Inside the Invisalign First experience
Kits, stickers, coloring sheets — and a child who owns her own smile.

Every Invisalign First child gets a welcome kit, a wear-tracking note and small rewards at reviews — because compliance in children is won with delight, not discipline.
When to get your child checked
Bring them in by age 7 if you notice any of this.
An assessment doesn't mean treatment. Often the right answer is to simply watch growth for a year — but the decision should be made with a scan and an airway check, not a guess.
- Sleeps with the mouth open, snores or is a restless sleeper
- Adult teeth coming in crowded, twisted or behind each other
- Upper and lower front teeth don't meet, or the bite is shifted to one side
- Still sucks a thumb, or the tongue pushes against the front teeth
- Chin looks set back, or the upper teeth stick out noticeably
- Baby teeth lost very early or very late; food constantly gets stuck
Parents ask
Invisalign First — straight answers.
What age is Invisalign First for?
Broadly ages 6–11, while your child still has a mix of baby and adult teeth and the jaws are actively growing. The right moment depends on tooth eruption, not just the birthday — which is exactly what the first assessment establishes.
Can aligners really expand the palate without a metal expander?
Yes. For most growing children, Invisalign First delivers predictable arch expansion using aligners with dedicated expansion features — no screw across the roof of the mouth and no daily key-turning. The classic rapid palatal expander is still used in select severe cases.
Will my child actually wear them?
In our experience children are often better than adults — the aligners are comfortable, invisible in photos and removable for food. We build in rewards and track wear at every review.
How long does treatment take?
Most Phase 1 cases run about 8–18 months, depending on how much expansion and bite correction is needed. Some children later need a short second phase as teenagers.
Why treat early instead of waiting for all adult teeth?
Because jaw width and growth direction can only be influenced while your child is growing. Treating early often avoids extractions, surgery and much longer treatment later.
We live outside Gurgaon. Is this workable?
Yes — we plan outstation and NRI children around school breaks, front-loading scans and appliance delivery into one trip and handling reviews virtually.
