Start with a GBT cleaning, then aligners.
Before any aligner plan, we suggest a Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) cleaning. A clean, healthy start means aligners seat beautifully on day one, gums stay comfortable through treatment, and teenagers begin their aligner journey with the healthiest possible mouth. For our younger patients, this GBT-plus-aligners combination is the one we recommend most.
