Fear-free dentistry

Scared of dentists? You are not alone.

Nearly one in three adults avoids dental care because of past discomfort. Our fear-free protocol is designed to change that — calmly, without judgement.

Our protocol

Six things we do differently.

  1. 1

    Listen first, treat second

Every first visit begins with a conversation — what happened before, what you fear, what you need from us.

  2. 2

    Topical numbing

Strong topical anaesthesia before any injection — most patients never feel the needle.

  3. 3

    Painless injection systems

Computer-controlled anaesthesia delivers slowly, eliminating the sting.

  4. 4

    Microscope precision

Less drilling, less vibration, less time in the chair.

  5. 5

    Unhurried pace

We schedule longer for anxious patients. You set the rhythm.

  6. 6

    Honest pricing

Written plans, no upselling, no surprise add-ons.

You can come in just to talk — no examination, no commitment.

Small in-clinic menagerie with rabbits and birds at Dental Brasstacks Gurgaon — used for child behaviour management

For our youngest patients

Behaviour management — not screens, not sedation.

We practise modern, digital dentistry — but we do not hand children a tablet to distract them through a procedure. Real confidence is built differently. Slowly. In their own time. With trust as the only anaesthetic that matters.

Our paediatric philosophy is rooted in classical behaviour management — tell, show, do; positive reinforcement; voice control; never coercion. By the second or third visit, most children walk in on their own and sit in the chair without a fuss. That is the win we measure.

Our menagerie

A little corner of the clinic that has nothing to do with dentistry — and everything to do with making children want to come back.

  • Rabbits, budgies, cockatiels — and a resident Shih Tzu.
  • Books for every reading age.
  • Drawing sheets and crayons — their art goes up on our walls.
  • No tablets, no cartoons, no pharmacological sedation.
"A cooperative, fear-free child is not a lucky accident. It is the outcome of patient, skilled behaviour management — and that is our USP."
